Guided Food Reintroduction Exercise

Research shows that Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) help regulate the nervous system by:

For this exercise, which we will use while listening to the audio recording below, we’ll gently tap under the eye—the acupressure point linked to the stomach meridian, as demonstrated in the video above.
