Before my work in hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis, I spent years in the business world, leading teams and navigating high-pressure environments. Alongside professional success, I became increasingly drawn to understanding how internal patterns shape performance, confidence, and behaviour.

That interest led me into extensive training across hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis, psychotherapy, NLP, and related disciplines, deepening my understanding of how learned responses form — and how they can shift.

Over 25 years ago, I founded The Confidence Clinic™, originally based on London’s Harley Street. Since then, my work has focused on helping people explore and recalibrate the internal patterns that influence confidence and self-expression.
